Your Rules:

  1. There is more close to home than you realize if you just look. Explore a new place in your community. Find something you do not know much about. Choose a person, place, business, church, school, organization, club, sport, product, object, toy, whatever you are curious about...

  2. Whatever you choose MUST be local to you! At NO POINT can any part of the shooting of your story travel outside your state.

  3. To start your Who What Web, you will find the next story from shooting the current episode. The story could be almost anything as long as the story is found from the current production.
Example: Start by going into a ballet studio interview the owner, teachers, students, parents, or anyone you want. Its optional to add photos, past footage, programs, that are connected. Find a story to tell about this ballet studio. While shooting this you will meet people... maybe someone started dancing because they wanted their gymnastics to be more graceful. Now you have a SECOND tier story in your web episode platform. From the FIRST story you can have more than one SECOND tier web episode stories. Perhaps someone else at the ballet studio has a costume business. There can be several second stories but at least one of the second stories has to have a THIRD story, for example the costume business may then lead you to a theater. The THIRD story can also have several stories but again at least one of these stories has to carry you to the FOURTH tier, that will link to the end. Who What Web TV only considers a minimum of ten tiers of stories, and a maximum of thirty five.

  4. When submitting your production episodes to Who What Web TV, draw out a diagram with the web of connections including the date and address for each filmed story. ALL stories must stay in the original fifty mile radius of your "home base" location to be eligible. There are multiple web TV producers in the Who What Web TV network each creating content in their local area. See how stories take on a life of their own! Where will you end up? Not only is this a fun surprise for the producer and crew to see where the story goes... this brings excitement and intrigue to the audience.

  5. Content producers can accumulate a following. To qualify to be a Who What Web TV producer, create a web of a minimum of ten connected stories. Stories can be as short as a minute, and as long as an hour. We recommend each web, to have one long episode, a maximum of an hour in length. Then one short episode that is one minute. Recommended is one three minute episode, several five to ten minutes episodes, and one fifteen minute episode. Your have flexibility with your time frames, giving your audience a variety.

  6. Right now Who What Web TV is launching... this means we have openings for eager, talented, and motivated people. Who What Web TV is signing up producers, and creating content for the launch date.

  7. After a producer has acquired a certain number of views on a predetermined compensation scale you are eligible to earn revenue. The payment scale and method are set by a predetermined contract. The pay scale is not public information. If your interested contact us through the Who What Web TV website.
